Hiya, this is our about post in which we try to talk about ourselves and then remember once again that we're really bad at that. We substantially updated it so it's time to make a new post for people who are interested in this information but don't actively repeatedly check people's pages to see if they've updated their sticky. (For anyone who does actively check, even if only slowly, this was last updated 2023/01/01.)

This blog is the most reliable way to get our attention, even though we don't post here much. (Because unlike other websites, we have no concerns about the site shutting down unexpectedly, or the CEO going off their rocker and driving it into the dirt and/or banning us for being queer degenerates.)

We're plural, I guess collectively you could call us Tempest, but we've found that this function is used less than we thought it would be

• I'm Mintleaf aka Sylvi aka Kate aka 🐱 aka 🌿.
• Trans lady, it/she pronouns
• I'm the one who's doing stuff most often. There's words for that but we're kinda apathetic about "roles" and "terminology".
• I post with this icon, the one that's attached to this post. I also have other, older icons saved that I don't really use because using icons as tone-indicators is something I never got the hang of. Check the keywords, they all contain the name of the person who we intend to use them.
• Vaguely adjacent to several communities; rationalist, social justice, plurality, generalized fandom I guess...? I never really feel like I'm in a community, just near it. But if you're part of the "trying to rebuild communities on a site that doesn't suck" wave, you might recognize this username, or some of my older ones (alivechihiro, cleveresttitle, alwaysinadream)
• I write fanfic and am trying to get into writing original fic
• Here are some fandoms I'm into: Kingdom Hearts, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Miraculous Ladybug, Cookie Run Kingdom, Final Fantasy XIV, Puyo Puyo, Tales of Symphonia (I'll get into the rest of the series later)... uh, probably more but I can't remember them offhand.

• It's me, the new headmate that just dropped. Haven't picked a name yet. Not really that invested in it.
• My entire existence is an epic prank I pulled on Mintleaf and I intend to continue pranking her forever.
• I have been described as "smol", which is a laugh, cause I'm clearly more medium-sized.
• I have also been described as "the rotten little hellion", which is accurate.
• Pronouns are she/they I think.
• Someone find me a picrew with a proper bigass hoodie. This is a literal Homestuck picrew and it doesn't have the trademark got tiger hood, what the hell.

There's more of us but they don't feel like talking right now. But their emojis are 💅 for Libby, 🐺 for Ylva, 🖤 for Siobhan... and Terry doesn't really have an emoji he likes and will probably just use -T

Also we have discord servers. Too many of them. So there's a hub server here.

As a fellow plural person who tends to hover near communities but not really in them (aside from the Good Omens fandom, but I don't really post much about that here), I'd love to add you if that's alright!
